A bit about myself

It’s been a journey. I’ve done a lot. I had a short stint in sales; I was in consumer lending and collections, and I was on my way to becoming a branch manager at a bank in Indianapolis. I then went to seminary and became a Lutheran pastor, which I still am, part-time.

For the last 24+ years, I’ve been in IT. I started with desktop and printer support, moved through the ranks as a Citrix Administrator, Team Lead, First and Second Line Manager, and Global Delivery Manager. Currently, I work in Project Management in Disaster Recovery.

Along the way, I took a course on coaching for business and discovered two things: firstly, that this was my natural way of managing people, and secondly, that I have a real passion for it. I love helping people discover things about themselves.

A few years ago, I was diagnosed with ADHD and have been working to address it. I’ve also been using coaching to help others navigate their own ADHD challenges.

I’m married, have four kids, one grandson, and a fulfilling life that you can have as well. Let me know how I can help.
